Product Description
The ZS‑type stainless steel horizontal single‑stage centrifugal pump is manufactured using advanced processes such as stamping, expansion forming, and welding of stainless steel plates. It is a pioneering next‑generation centrifugal pump in China, capable of replacing conventional IS pumps and standard corrosion‑resistant pumps. It features an attractive appearance, a lightweight structure, high efficiency and energy savings, long service life, resistance to mild corrosion, and low noise levels.
Application
The ZS‑type stainless steel horizontal single‑stage centrifugal pump is a versatile, multi‑purpose product with a broad range of applications. It can handle various media, including water and industrial liquids, and is suitable for different temperature, flow rate, and pressure conditions. Its typical applications include the following:
● Water supply: filtration, conveyance, and zoned distribution at the water treatment plant, as well as main‑line pressure boosting;
●Industrial boosting: process water systems, cleaning systems;
● Industrial liquid conveyance: boiler feedwater, condensation systems, cooling and air-conditioning systems, machine tool auxiliary systems, and the transport of weak acids and alkalis;
● Water treatment: distillation systems or separators, swimming pools, etc.;
● Agricultural irrigation, medicine and healthcare, etc.
Installation Conditions
The ZS-type stainless steel horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump features a direct‑drive shaft connection and consists of the pump, pump shaft, and a standard motor.
● The pump shall be installed in a well-ventilated area that is protected from freezing;
● The pump must be installed in such a way that, during operation, it is not subjected to tensile stresses from the system piping.
● If the pump is installed outdoors, it must be equipped with an appropriate enclosure to prevent water ingress or condensation on electrical components.
● To facilitate inspection and maintenance, sufficient clearance must be provided around the unit.
● The electrical wiring system shall ensure that the pump is protected against phase loss, voltage instability, leakage current, and overload.
● The pump shall be mounted horizontally on the base, with the suction inlet oriented horizontally and the discharge outlet oriented vertically.
