Product Features:

1. The pump is directly coupled to the motor on a common shaft, making it an electromechanical integrated product with a compact structure and stable performance.

2. The hydraulic components feature a large‑diameter flow path designed to resist clogging, significantly enhancing the pump’s ability to handle debris. They can effectively pass fibrous materials up to five times the pump’s nominal diameter and solid particles with diameters of approximately 50% of the pump’s nominal diameter.

3. The design is well-optimized, the accompanying motor is appropriately matched, resulting in high efficiency, low noise, and significant energy savings.

4. The mechanical seal is made of hard, wear-resistant tungsten carbide, offering durability and excellent wear resistance, enabling the pump to operate safely and continuously for over 8,000 hours.

5. The pump features a vertical design, with the inlet and outlet centerlines aligned on the same horizontal plane and identical flange dimensions, making installation and removal exceptionally convenient.

6. It occupies a small footprint and eliminates the need for a dedicated machine room, significantly reducing capital‑expenditure costs; with a protective shroud fitted to the motor’s fan end, the entire unit can be installed outdoors.
