The ISW, ISWR, ISWH, ISWY, ISWD, ISWRD, ISWHD, and ISWYD series of horizontal centrifugal pumps are designed based on the performance parameters of IS‑type and IR‑type centrifugal pumps, in accordance with ISO 2858, and optimized using advanced domestic hydraulic models. They represent an ideal new generation of high‑efficiency, energy‑saving horizontal pump products.

Product Usage

1. The ISW horizontal centrifugal pump is designed for conveying clean water and other liquids with physicochemical properties similar to those of clean water. It is suitable for industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, booster pumping in high-rise buildings, marine applications, garden irrigation, fire‑fighting pressure boosting, long‑distance conveyance, HVAC and refrigeration circulation, as well as cold‑and‑hot water circulation in bathrooms and equipment integration. The operating temperature of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 85°C.

2. The ISWR horizontal hot-water circulation pump is suitable for applications in the energy, metallurgical, wood-processing, chemical, textile, and paper industries, as well as in hotels, bathhouses, guesthouses, boiler hot-water booster circulation systems, and urban residential heating circuits. Its maximum operating temperature does not exceed 120°C.

3. The ISWH horizontal chemical centrifugal pump is suitable for conveying corrosive liquids in industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, power generation, papermaking, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. Operating temperature: –20 to 105°C.

4. The ISWY horizontal explosion-proof oil pump is suitable for conveying flammable and explosive liquids in industries such as petroleum, light textiles, chemical engineering, and machinery, with a maximum medium temperature of 120°C.

5. The ISWD, ISWRD, and ISWHD horizontal low-speed centrifugal pumps are designed for applications with stringent environmental noise requirements, particularly for chilled water and cooling water circulation in air-conditioning systems, as well as for terminal‑side pressure boosting.

Product Features

1. Compact structure. This pump series features a horizontal design, with the motor and pump integrated into a single unit, offering an attractive appearance and a small footprint—reducing space requirements by 30% compared to conventional horizontal pumps. When equipped with an IP54‑rated outdoor motor, no pump house is required, allowing the pump to be installed outdoors.

2. Smooth operation, low noise, and high component concentricity. The motor is directly coupled to the pump, simplifying the intermediate structure and enhancing operational stability. The impeller features excellent static and dynamic balance, ensuring vibration-free, low-noise operation, extending bearing life, and improving the operating environment.

3. The shaft seal employs a high-quality mechanical seal, with both the rotating and stationary rings made of hard alloy, ensuring excellent wear resistance, zero leakage, and an extended service life.

4. It employs an advanced hydraulic model, featuring high efficiency and excellent performance.

5. Unique structure. The pump body is equipped with a drain port on its lower side, and the inlet and outlet flanges feature pressure-tapping ports, ensuring reliable operation and convenient maintenance.

6. In this series of horizontal pumps, the inlet is oriented horizontally and the outlet is vertically upward, facilitating pipeline layout.

Working conditions

1. The suction pressure shall not exceed 1.0 MPa, or the pump system’s maximum working pressure shall not exceed 1.6 MPa; that is, the sum of the pump suction inlet pressure and the pump head shall not exceed 1.6 MPa. The pump’s hydrostatic test pressure is 2.5 MPa. When placing your order, please specify the system’s working pressure. If the pump system’s working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, this must be stated separately at the time of ordering so that cast steel materials can be used for the pump’s wetted components and connecting parts during manufacturing.

2. Ambient temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%, and altitude not exceeding 1,000 m.

3. The volume fraction of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% per unit volume, with a particle size less than 0.2 mm.

Note: If the process fluid contains fine particles, please specify this when placing your order so that the manufacturer can equip the pump with a wear‑resistant mechanical seal.
