QJ-type submersible deep-well pump – deep-well pump

The QJ submersible well pump is a water‑lifting device in which the motor and pump are directly coupled and operate submerged in water. It consists of a submersible pump, a submersible motor, a delivery pipe, an electric cable, and a starting and protection unit. This pump is suitable for extracting groundwater from deep wells and can also be used in water‑lifting projects involving rivers, reservoirs, canals, and other sources. Its primary applications include agricultural irrigation and supplying drinking water to humans and livestock in plateau and mountainous regions; it may also be employed for water supply and drainage in urban areas, factories, railways, mines, and construction sites.

Product Overview of QJ-Type Submersible Deep-Well Pumps

The QJ submersible well pump is a water‑lifting device in which the motor and pump are directly coupled and operate submerged in water. It consists of a submersible pump, a submersible motor, a delivery pipe, an electric cable, and a starting and protection unit. This pump is suitable for extracting groundwater from deep wells and can also be used in water‑lifting projects involving rivers, reservoirs, and irrigation channels. Its primary applications include agricultural irrigation and supplying drinking water to humans and livestock in plateau and mountainous regions; it is also employed for water supply and drainage in urban areas, factories, railways, mines, and construction sites.

Application Scope of QJ-Type Submersible Deep-Well Pumps

It is suitable for extracting groundwater, as well as water from reservoirs, canals, rivers, and mines. This pumping system is primarily used to supply drinking water and livestock water in plateau and mountainous areas, for agricultural irrigation, and can also be employed for water supply and drainage in urban areas, industrial facilities, railways, mining operations, and construction sites.

Product Features of the QJ-Type Submersible Deep-Well Pump

1. The motor and pump are integrated into a single unit, operating submerged in water; it features a simple structure, energy efficiency, and high performance, while ensuring safety and reliability.

2. There are no special requirements for well casings or discharge pipes; steel‑cased wells, concrete‑cased wells, and earth‑cased wells can all be used. Subject to pressure constraints, steel pipes, rubber hoses, plastic pipes, and other materials may also serve as discharge pipes.

3. It features an aesthetically pleasing design, lightweight construction, low noise levels, and zero emissions, with strong adaptability to various installation environments. It significantly reduces project costs without compromising the building’s architecture or the natural landscape.

4. Easy and straightforward to install, operate, and maintain, with a small footprint.

Operating Conditions for QJ-Type Submersible Deep-Well Pumps

1. The power supply is 50 Hz, 380 V three-phase AC.

2. The first-stage impeller of the pump shall be submerged at least 1 meter below the dynamic water level, and the bottom of the motor shall be no less than 3 meters above the well bottom; however, the submergence depth in water shall not exceed 70 meters.

3. The content of suspended solids in the water (by mass) shall not exceed 0.01%; the pH of the water shall be between 6.5 and 8.5; and the chloride ion concentration shall not exceed 400 mg/L.

4. The water temperature shall not exceed 20°C.

5. The well should be straight (ensuring it can be properly installed and lifted without difficulty; if deviation is significant, the well diameter should be slightly increased or a submersible pump with a smaller diameter should be selected).

6. The well must have sufficient inflow (i.e., greater than the rated flow rate).

Meaning of the QJ-type deep-well submersible pump model:

200 QJ 63-48/4

200 – Applicable minimum wellbore diameter (mm)

QJ – Submersible Pump for Wells

63 – Flow rate (m³/h)

48 – Head (m)

4 – Number of pump stages
