Features of the WFB Series Sealless Self-Priming Pump with Automatic Control

★ This pump employs a leak-free V‑type sealing assembly, eliminating the need for traditional packing seals, gland seals, and mechanical seals. It completely eliminates “running, venting, dripping, and leaking,” making it the ideal replacement for conventional long‑shaft submersible pumps, submersible pumps, and submersible sewage pumps. However, this design has certain drawbacks: first, during shutdown, liquid may leak axially outward, which makes it less suitable for applications involving frequent starts; second, the auxiliary impeller consumes excessive power, resulting in low pump efficiency. The improved WFB design incorporates a sealing device that, by enhancing pump efficiency, reducing motor power, and minimizing leakage during shutdown, addresses these shortcomings.
