ZW-type self-priming non-clogging sewage pump

The ZW self-priming, non‑clogging sewage pump is a new‑generation pump developed by our company. Drawing on the design and performance of the ZX self‑priming centrifugal pump and the QW submersible sewage pump, and incorporating the advantages of similar foreign products, it combines self‑priming capability with efficient sewage discharge. Like conventional clear‑water self‑priming pumps, it requires no foot valve or priming; moreover, it can handle solids with particle sizes up to 60% of the outlet diameter and fibrous materials whose lengths are up to 1.5 times the impeller diameter, making it suitable for pumping sludge, sediments, mining waste, fecal matter, industrial wastewater, and various viscous fluids—thereby significantly reducing manual labor.

Introduction to the ZW Self-Priming Non-Clog Sewage Pump

The ZW self-priming, non‑clogging sewage pump is a new‑generation pump developed by our company. Drawing on the design and performance of the ZX self‑priming centrifugal pump and the QW submersible sewage pump, and incorporating the advantages of similar foreign products, it combines self‑priming capability with efficient sewage discharge. Like conventional clear‑water self‑priming pumps, it requires no foot valve or priming; yet it can handle solids with particle sizes up to 60% of the outlet diameter and fibrous materials whose lengths are 1.5 times the impeller diameter. It is suitable for pumping sludge, sediments, mining waste, fecal matter, industrial wastewater, and various viscous fluids, significantly reducing manual labor. Moreover, it is easy to install and operate, demands minimal maintenance, and delivers performance that meets international advanced standards, offering broad market potential and promising prospects for future development.

All of our company’s products are designed and optimized using computer-aided methods. With strong technical expertise, extensive manufacturing experience, and comprehensive testing capabilities, we ensure consistent and reliable product quality. Performance and advantages of the ZW-type self-priming, non-clogging sewage pump.

The ZW self-priming, clog-free sewage pump integrates self-priming and clog-free drainage in a single unit, employing an axial‑flow, external‑mixing design. It delivers reliable self‑priming performance, strong sewage‑discharge capacity, high efficiency, and energy savings, while being easy to operate and maintain.

Application Scope of ZW-Type Self-Priming Non-Clogging Sewage Pumps

Suitable for the conveyance of chemical media in municipal sewage treatment projects, aquaculture ponds, and industries such as light manufacturing, papermaking, textiles, food processing, chemical engineering, power generation, fiber production, pulp handling, and mixed suspensions.

Meaning of the ZW-Type Self-Priming Non-Clog Sewage Pump Model

Advantages of the ZW Self-Priming Non-Clog Sewage Pump

1. Strong wastewater discharge capability: A specialized impeller anti‑clogging design ensures the pump operates efficiently and remains free of blockages.

2. High efficiency and energy savings: Utilizing an advanced hydraulic design, its efficiency is 3–5% higher than that of conventional self-priming pumps.

3. Excellent self-priming performance: The self-priming lift is 1 meter higher than that of conventional self-priming pumps, and with an additional foot valve, the suction lift can reach up to 10 meters, while the self-priming time is significantly shorter.

Faults and Troubleshooting of ZW-Type Self-Priming Non-Clogging Sewage Pumps:

No water is being pumped:

1. The pump chamber is either empty of liquid or contains insufficient liquid—add enough.

2. Air leakage in the suction line — eliminate air leaks in the pipeline.

3. Low voltage — Adjust the voltage.

4. The suction lift is too high or the suction piping is too long—reduce the suction lift or shorten the piping.

5. Excessive leakage from the mechanical seal—repair or replace.

Insufficient pump discharge:

1. Improper use has caused blockage in the impeller passage or suction pipeline—remove the obstruction.

2. Severe impeller wear — replace the impeller.

3. Insufficient power and excessively low speed—adjust to the rated speed.

The pump has significant noise and vibration:

1. Unstable base—reinforce it.

2. Severe bearing wear — replace the bearing.

3. The pump and motor shafts are misaligned—adjust them to ensure coaxiality.

Bearing temperature too high:

1. Grease has deteriorated or dried out—replace with fresh grease.

2. Bearing damage—replace.

Pump leakage:

1. Loose connection bolts—tighten them.

2. Seal wear—replace.
