I-1B High-Concentration Slurry Pump, Single-Screw Pump
The I-1B series thick-pulp pump is a single-screw positive-displacement rotary pump. It operates by the rotation of an eccentric single‑helix screw within a double‑helix liner, which conveys the thick slurry along the helical groove from the suction inlet to the discharge outlet, thereby achieving pumping.

Product Description
Features of the I-1B High-Concentration Slurry Pump (Single-Screw Pump)
1. 1-1B high-concentration slurry pump | Single-screw pump capable of conveying highly concentrated, high-viscosity slurries with viscosities up to 10,000 Pa·s, as well as particle-laden suspensions.
2. The conveyed fluid flow is stable, with no over‑flow, pulsation, or agitation and shear of the slurry.
3. Discharge pressure is independent of rotational speed, and high discharge pressure can be maintained even at low flow rates.
4. Flow rate is directly proportional to rotational speed, and flow can be adjusted via a variable-speed mechanism or a speed-regulating motor.
5. Strong self-priming capability; it can directly draw liquid without the need for a foot valve.
6. The pump is reversible, with the fluid flow direction determined by the pump’s rotation; it is suitable for applications where pipelines require backflushing.
7. Smooth operation with low vibration and noise.
8. Simple structure, easy to disassemble, assemble, and maintain.
Applications of the I-1B High-Concentration Slurry Pump (Single-Screw Pump)
Environmental protection: transportation of industrial wastewater, domestic sewage, and turbid sludge containing solid particles and short fibers, particularly suitable for use in oil–water separators, plate-and-frame filter presses, and similar equipment.
Shipbuilding industry: conveying ring‑type materials such as bilge water, oil‑water mixtures, oily sludge, and oily wastewater.
Petroleum industry: transportation of crude oil, mixtures of crude oil and water, mixtures of coalbed methane and water, and injection of polymers into reservoirs, among other applications.
Pharmaceuticals and daily chemicals: various viscous pastes, emulsions, and a wide range of ointments and cosmetics.
Canned food industry: various viscous starches, concentrated distiller’s grains, grain‑processing residues, assorted sauces, pastes, and solid‑in‑liquid suspensions.
Construction industry: spraying of cement mortar, lime mortar, coatings, and paste-like materials.
Mining industry: solid particles in mine shafts, groundwater, and slurry water
Chemical industry: various suspensions, oils and fats, diverse colloidal slurries, and a range of adhesives.
Printing and papermaking: high-viscosity inks, PVC polymer pastes for wallpaper, and pulp of various concentrations, including short-fiber pulps.
Industrial boilers and power plants: used in applications such as coal-water slurry transportation, pharmaceutical manufacturing, brewing, papermaking, and the food industry.
