The XBD‑W fire pump features a horizontal, single‑suction, multistage, sectional design and is a newly developed, energy‑efficient product line. Its performance parameters and technical specifications fully comply with relevant standards, including the recently promulgated national standard GB 6245‑1998, “Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Fire Pumps.” The product has been tested and certified as compliant by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. This pump series boasts significant advantages, such as high efficiency, low operating noise, excellent cavitation resistance, a well‑thought‑out structure, and an extended service life.

The XBD-W series of fire pumps comprises five models and 40 specifications, with a rated flow range of 5 to 40 L/s, a pressure range of 0.18 to 2.0 MPa, a matched motor power range of 2.2 to 180 kW, and a nominal pipe diameter range of Φ 50 to Φ 150 mm.

The XBD‑W type fire pump unit is designed for conveying clean water free of solid particles, as well as liquids with physicochemical properties similar to water. It is primarily used in fire‑fighting systems for pressure boosting and water supply, in heating systems, in bathroom applications, for pressurizing chilled and hot water circulation in boilers, for water delivery in air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems, and for equipment integration.

The XBD‑W series fire pumps are designed for pressurizing and delivering water in fire‑fighting systems. They are suitable for boosting the pressure of clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to those of clean water. The operating medium temperature shall not exceed 80°C. These pumps are also applicable to industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, pressurized water delivery in high‑rise buildings, landscape irrigation, long‑distance water transmission, heating systems, and circulating‑water pressure boosting in bathrooms and other applications, as well as for equipment integration.
