Product Description

Product Overview:

The BQW‑type explosion‑proof submersible sewage electric pump (hereinafter referred to as the “pump”) is a portable electric pumping and irrigation device that integrates a pump and an electric motor. Equipped with a reliable sealing system and stringent explosion‑proof measures, it ensures safe operation. The pump typically features an impeller with a streamlined flow passage, offering strong flow capacity and resistance to clogging, thereby guaranteeing dependable performance.

BQW‑type electric pumps are used in mines and roadways where there is a risk of gas or coal‑dust explosions, as well as in sump pits and water‑accumulation areas, to discharge wastewater containing solid particles such as rock cuttings, coal fines, and ore. The product complies with the following standards: MT/T 671‑2005 “Flameproof Submersible Electric Pumps for Coal Mines”; GB 3836.1‑2000 “Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres — Part 1: General Requirements”; and GB 3836.2‑2000 “Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres — Part 2: Flameproof Type ‘d’.” The explosion‑proof type of the pump is flameproof, designated by the code “d.” The explosion‑proof marking is “ExdI.”

Terms of Use:

The electric pump shall be capable of continuous, normal operation under the following operating conditions.

a) In shallow water (with a water level no lower than the suction screen) and submerged in water (at a submersion depth not exceeding 5 m)

b) The temperature of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 40°C.

c) The pH of the conveyed medium is within the range of 4–10.

d) For media containing solid particles, the volumetric concentration generally does not exceed 2%.

e) Operating ambient temperature: 0–40°C

f) The maximum particle size of solids in the fluid shall not exceed 50% of the smaller dimension of the pump’s flow passage cross-section.
