The WQ‑QP submersible cutting pump is a new type of sewage‑discharge equipment designed and manufactured in accordance with national standards, drawing on advanced international technologies for submersible sewage pumps. This series of pumps features a simple structure, strong sewage‑discharge capability, and high efficiency and energy savings. It can also be equipped with automatic control and self‑installing devices, further enhancing its versatility while ensuring safer and more reliable operation.

Key features:

1. Featuring a unique large‑channel open impeller design, this pump significantly enhances its ability to pass debris and can effectively handle solid particles with diameters up to approximately 50% of the pump’s nominal diameter.

2. This series of pumps is specially equipped with a unique shredding mechanism that can tear and cut fibrous materials, enabling their smooth discharge without the need for an external strainer. Consequently, this pump series is particularly well-suited for handling wastewater containing long fibers.

3. The design is well-optimized, with a compact motor that delivers significant energy savings.

4. The mechanical seal, crafted from advanced new materials, operates within the oil chamber, enabling the pump to run safely for over 8,000 hours.

5. It can be operated across the entire head range while ensuring that the motor remains free from overload.

6. Measures have been implemented to ensure protection against electrical leakage, water leakage, and overload, thereby enhancing the product’s safety and reliability.

7. An automatic liquid-level control cabinet can be optionally equipped to meet user requirements, enabling the pump to start and stop automatically in response to changes in the desired liquid level. 8. The dual-rail automatic coupling system (self-coupling) greatly simplifies installation and maintenance, eliminating the need for personnel to enter or exit the sewage pit.

Operating parameters:

1. The medium temperature shall not exceed 60°C, the medium density shall be 1.0–1.3 × 10³ kg/m³, and the pH value shall be within the range of 5–9.

2. The motor portion should not extend above the water surface by more than half its height.

3. The main components of this pump are made of cast iron; therefore, it is not suitable for pumping highly corrosive liquids.
