Product Overview:
The JYWQ automatic‑mixing sewage pump builds on the WQ series submersible sewage pumps by incorporating an integrated automatic mixing mechanism. As the motor shaft rotates, this device generates powerful agitation, breaking up settled solids in the wastewater tank and turning them into suspended particles that are then drawn into the pump for discharge. This design enhances the pump’s resistance to clogging and its capacity for efficient waste removal, enabling simultaneous drainage, sludge clearing, and sediment removal while reducing operating costs—making it a highly practical solution.
Operating parameters:
1. The medium temperature shall not exceed 60°C, the medium density shall be 1.0–1.3 × 10³ kg/m³, and the pH value shall be within the range of 5–9.
2. The motor portion should not extend above the water surface by more than half its height.
3. The main components of this pump are made of cast iron; therefore, it is not suitable for pumping highly corrosive liquids.
Note: If users have special requirements (e.g., highly corrosive media), they may specify these at the time of ordering to ensure that products are manufactured from more reliable materials.
Scope of Use:
This series of pumps is suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, papermaking, chemicals, coal processing, and urban wastewater discharge systems, where it is used to convey liquids containing solid particles and long fibrous materials, as well as highly contaminated, viscous, and slippery wastewater. It can also be employed for pumping clean water and corrosive media.
