Product Overview:
The new WQ‑P submersible sewage pump is based on the WQ series submersible electric pumps, leveraging the company’s many years of experience in manufacturing such pumps and incorporating advanced pump‑making technologies. It has been redesigned using entirely new machining processes. This pump features a centrifugal impeller and a volute‑type pump casing, offering high efficiency, excellent performance, a compact footprint, light weight, and an attractive appearance. Among this series, the WQ‑P sewage pump stands out for its particularly light weight and ease of portability. The pump is equipped with an automatic reset thermal protector; the water‑level sensor is located at the lower end of the unit. It employs a dual‑channel impeller and volute design, and between the pump and the motor, it utilizes wear‑resistant double‑ended mechanical seals and skeleton oil seals. All mating surfaces are sealed with oil‑resistant rubber gaskets to ensure static sealing. Additionally, the molded cable head enhances operational safety and extends service life, thereby guaranteeing the pump’s reliability.
Key features:
1. The motor employs Class F insulation and is subjected to Class B testing.
2. The pump cover and base are made of 304 stainless steel, offering an elegant appearance and easy portability.
3. A ductile iron impeller may be used, offering high wear resistance.
4. The motor is equipped with a built-in automatic reset thermal protector to prevent frequent motor startups under abnormal conditions.
Operating parameters:
1. The medium temperature shall not exceed 40°C, the medium density shall be ≤1200 kg/m³, and the pH value shall be within the range of 5–9.
2. During operation, the pump must not be allowed to drop below the low‑level mark; refer to the “Low Level” dimension in the installation drawing (including the automatic cooling system). If no automatic cooling system is provided, this corresponds to the low‑level mark.
3. The rated voltage is 380 V, and the rated frequency is 50 Hz. The motor can operate normally only when the deviations from the rated voltage and rated frequency do not exceed ±5%.
4. The maximum diameter of solid particles passing through the pump shall not exceed 50% of the pump’s discharge port diameter.
Scope of Use:
The WQ series submersible sewage pumps are primarily used in municipal engineering, industrial buildings, hotels, hospitals, civil defense facilities, and mining operations. They are suitable for pumping sewage, wastewater, rainwater, and domestic water containing solid particles and various long fibers.
