Product Description
Product Description:
The WQ‑S all‑stainless‑steel submersible sewage pump features stainless‑steel construction for the motor, pump housing, and impeller, offering corrosion resistance, environmental friendliness, high head, and large flow rate. It employs a centrifugal impeller and a volute‑type pump casing, delivering high efficiency, excellent performance, compact dimensions, light weight, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The unit is equipped with an automatic reset thermal protection device. The water‑level sensor is located at the lower end of the pump, and the design incorporates a dual‑channel impeller and volute. Between the pump and the motor, wear‑resistant double‑face mechanical seals and skeleton oil seals are used; static sealing at all mating surfaces is provided by oil‑resistant rubber gaskets. A molded cable ensures safe operation and extends the pump’s service life, thereby guaranteeing its reliability.
Key features:
1. The motor employs Class F insulation and is subjected to Class B testing.
2. The motor, pump, and all flow‑through components of the impeller are made of 304 stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance.
3. The motor is equipped with a built-in automatic reset thermal protector to prevent frequent motor startups under abnormal conditions.
Operating parameters:
1. The medium temperature shall not exceed 40°C, and the medium density shall be ≤1200 kg/m³. 3
2. During operation, the pump must not be allowed to drop below the low‑level mark; refer to the “Low Level” dimension in the installation drawing (including the automatic cooling system). For systems without an automatic cooling system, this corresponds to the low‑level mark.
3. The rated voltage is 380 V, and the rated frequency is 50 Hz. The motor can operate normally only when the deviations from the rated voltage and rated frequency do not exceed ±5%.
4. The maximum diameter of solid particles passing through the pump shall not exceed 50% of the pump’s discharge port diameter.
