KCB-type gear oil pump

The KCB-type gear oil pump is suitable for conveying various types of oils, such as crude oil, diesel fuel, and lubricating oil. When equipped with copper gears, it can handle low‑flash‑point liquids, including gasoline and benzene. The operating temperature of the conveyed medium should not exceed 70°C; if a high‑temperature‑resistant pump is required, it can be used in conjunction with high‑temperature‑grade materials supplied by our company. The maximum operating temperature for such high‑temperature pumps is 300°C, with a viscosity range of 5×10⁻⁵ to 1.5×10⁻³ m²/s. The 2CY-type gear lubrication pump is primarily used in the lubrication systems of various mechanical equipment to deliver lubricating oil.

Product Overview of KCB and 2CY Gear Oil Pumps

KCB-type gear oil pumps are suitable for conveying various types of oils, such as crude oil, diesel fuel, and lubricating oils. When equipped with copper gears, they can handle low‑flash‑point liquids, including gasoline and benzene. The operating temperature of the conveyed medium should not exceed 70°C; if a high‑temperature‑resistant pump is required, it can be supplied with high‑temperature‑grade materials. High‑temperature pumps are rated for temperatures up to 300°C and are designed for viscosities ranging from 5×10⁻⁵ to 1.5×10⁻³ m²/s. The 2CY‑type gear lubrication pump is primarily used in the lubrication systems of various mechanical equipment to deliver lubricating oils. It is suitable for handling lubricating oils with viscosities below 10 E (75 cSt) and at temperatures not exceeding 300°C. Stainless‑steel gear pumps can also convey edible oils and beverages. This series of pumps features a simple, compact design and is easy to operate and maintain.

Application Scope of KCB and 2CY Gear Oil Pumps

It is suitable for extracting groundwater, as well as water from reservoirs, canals, rivers, and mines. This pumping system is primarily used to supply drinking water and livestock water in plateau and mountainous areas, for agricultural irrigation, and can also be employed for water supply and drainage in urban areas, industrial facilities, railways, mines, and construction sites.

Product Features of KCB and 2CY Gear Oil Pumps

1. Excellent self-priming capability, smooth operation, and equipped with a safety valve (the safety valve provides overload protection; however, it is not intended for continuous use as a pressure-reducing valve and should be installed separately on the pipeline when required).

2. The KCB-type gear pump is a horizontal rotary pump, comprising a pump housing, gears, a bearing housing, a safety valve, bearings, and sealing components. It features a simple, compact design that is easy to operate and maintain. The pump exhibits excellent self-priming capability, eliminating the need to prime it with liquid before each start-up. Lubrication is automatically provided by the fluid being pumped, so no additional lubricant is required during routine operation.

3. This type of pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oils or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oils, provided they contain no solid particles or fibers, are non-corrosive, have low volatility, and maintain a temperature not exceeding 70°C, with a viscosity ranging from 5 to 1500 cSt. If high-temperature resistance is required, it can be equipped with high‑temperature‑resistant materials, allowing operation at temperatures up to 200°C.
