Product Features:
A metering pump is a reciprocating pump whose flow rate can be adjusted both dynamically and statically, making it particularly popular in process applications that require precise dosing, adjustable blending, and continuous delivery of various liquid media. Depending on the process requirements, the metering pump can continuously vary its flow rate anywhere within the rated range of 0–100% while accurately measuring and delivering the conveyed medium.
Performance of the JMW Series Diaphragm Metering Pumps
1. Diaphragm-type, economical, and compact in design.
2. The liquid-contacting end is made of a special engineering plastic, offering excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength—PVC (316SS).
3. Ligao’s unique mechanical diaphragm design ensures a linear relationship between the delivery flow rate and the stroke ratio, with the actual flow rate remaining unaffected by changes in operating pressure.
4. The compression-resistant diaphragm ensures the pump is leak-free.
