Product Features:
A metering pump is a reciprocating pump whose flow rate can be adjusted both dynamically and statically, making it particularly popular in process applications that require precise dosing, adjustable blending, and continuous conveyance of various liquid media. Depending on the process requirements, the metering pump can continuously vary its flow rate anywhere within the rated range of 0–100% while accurately measuring and delivering the conveyed medium.
Performance of the JMX Series Diaphragm Metering Pumps
1. Direct‑drive diaphragm pump, delivering high flow rates with a compact footprint, completely leak‑free and easy to operate.
2. Rated at a high flow rate of 240 L/h, it is suitable for water supply, wastewater treatment, and other applications requiring high‑flow, low‑pressure dosing and blending systems.
3. The pump allows flow rate adjustment whether it is running or stopped, with an adjustment range of 0–100%.
4. Flow rate can be adjusted manually or via variable frequency control.
