Product Description
Metering Pump Selection:
To ensure the supply of metering pumps that meet your specific application requirements, please provide the following parameters when selecting and ordering:
1. Liquid Name 2. Flow Rate (L/H) 3. Pressure (MPa) 4. Temperature (°C) 5. Viscosity (cP) 6. Specific Gravity 7. Solid Content (for slurries) 8. Automatic Control Mode 9. Type of External Control Signal
Product Features:
A metering pump is a reciprocating pump whose flow rate can be adjusted both dynamically and statically, making it particularly popular in process applications that require precise dosing, adjustable blending, and continuous conveyance of various liquid media. Depending on the process requirements, the metering pump can continuously vary its flow rate anywhere within the rated range of 0–100% while accurately measuring and delivering the conveyed medium.

Performance of the JMZ Series Diaphragm Metering Pumps
1. Diaphragm-type, economical, and compact in design.
2. During operation, the mechanical diaphragm functions both like a plunger—alternating between stroke and displacement—and forms an isolating barrier between the fluid being conveyed.
3. LIGO’s unique mechanical diaphragm design ensures a linear relationship between flow rate and stroke ratio, with the flow rate remaining essentially unaffected by changes in operating pressure.
4. The compression-resistant diaphragm ensures the pump is leak-free.
5. The maximum self-priming height is 3.0 m.
6. Flow rate can be adjusted manually or via variable frequency control.
