Product Description
The WQ series submersible sewage and sludge pumps are composed of a three-phase induction motor and a centrifugal pump mounted on a common shaft, featuring a stable external profile, a compact structure, and high overload capacity. The pump section employs a non‑clogging design with strong passage capability for solid particles, typically utilizing volute, semi‑open, or mixed‑flow impeller configurations. Internal thermal protectors are incorporated, or external dedicated protective switches can be optionally installed, further enhancing the pump’s operational safety and reliability. Following an improved design, this series achieves 5–10% higher efficiency compared to similar products, while requiring one to two lower power ratings, making it a truly high‑efficiency, energy‑saving next‑generation submersible pump for sewage and sludge. It offers excellent performance, a small footprint, light weight, ease of use, and straightforward maintenance. An automatic coupling installation option is available; for fixed mounting in building utilities or other equipment, please consult and arrange for the necessary automatic coupling device at the time of ordering.
The WQ series submersible sewage and sludge pumps are widely used in agricultural flood‑control drainage, river‑sediment fertilizer transport, channel dredging, emergency response to barrier lakes, wastewater and manure conveyance in aquaculture and animal husbandry, cleaning of biogas digesters, as well as in municipal engineering, industrial and mining operations, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, and residential areas—for discharging wastewater from sewage ponds and septic tanks—and in environmental protection and wastewater treatment applications.
